This sort of performance supports the idea that alot of stuff still gets sold in shops ... people still go to the grocery store - in fact they may go more often when there are discounts to be found on the shelves in places where real incomes are being squeezed by inflation and high rates ... is this the revenge of the discount shopper?This does seem to suggest that the revival of institutional interest in 'big-box' urban retail parks that can incorporate grocery offerings is founded on sensible fundamentals ...
